Breakfast: We offer bed and breakfast for the price of the room (for the number of guests occupying the room)

Booking conditions: Prices are per room, include VAT and breakfast. We cannot accept bookings for stays of longer than one week.

We accept the following payment methods: credit /debit card and cash. Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit (the amount of the deposit is 50% of the price of your stay excluding meals)

Check-in time: We will ask you to give us an expected time of arrival (between 4PM and 8PM) and to kindly inform us of any delays on the day

Check-out time: We ask our guests to please check-out of their rooms before 11am

Garden: In summer, you will be able to enjoy our garden. Guests can request and enjoy garden furniture free of charge Brochures and personalised advice from the hosts will help you plan your visit of the surrounding regions

Parking: guests can park their car in the private, secure garden, which can be entered via an automated gate.

Non-smoker house: For your comfort, all our guest-rooms are non-smoking

Pets and animals are not permitted. We are sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
